I have extensive experience in the project management field in various sectors have worked with many project managers over the decades. McDonald group has out done any project leads that I have worked. Their project lead “Bailey “, she is the best, pure professionalism, experience also as one of the youngest in Canada to gain a real estate licence. Extensive experience with AutoCAD technology. We had the pleasure of meeting with Bailey on two occasions for her and her family to select finishes on my friend new home purchase with this builder. At their on-site location with samples of all the finishes such as cabinetry, lighting, flooring, etc. Exterior stonework, roofing doors, decking, landscaping etc. Aside from the technical experience Bailey is such a wonderful individual with a great personality that made the process so pleasurable and pain free with lots of laughter and smiles. She has the ability to relate to younger adults and as well older and made sure everyone had input and my friend’s younger son also gave his suggestions / selection of products. Enduring it to be all inclusive process when they were indecisive Bailey made some great suggestions which everyone was happy with and brought consensus , she has a great eye for matching products that blend and advantages of certain products . I have to say she the McDonald group is above par their standard selections are not just basic they would be considered as upgrades at additional costs with any other builder. She also recommended a program partnership with the brick for appliance purchases I was skeptical at first however we met with the recommended brick manager omg what a bargain on the appliances he also made great recommendations on the products recommending we purchase products from same manufacturer so all the handles match on stove fridge dishwasher microwave … smart idea and we got a great deal . Love this one stop shopping concept once and done at the brick with extra saving because partnered with McDonald Homes. At first, I thought this is going to be a rip off but no we saved thousands on the purchases I’ve watched for sales and we still got products below any sale promotions. Most importantly Bailey kept the project deliverables on schedule for each line item. she kept purchaser updated on when it was needed to sign off for example stove measurements etc. so kitchen cabinetry can be built. My friend family just had their site visit my god Bailey has kept an eye and on top of the trades people to ensure quality workmanship it’s above standard in my opinion. These are not homes that are just slapped together they are truly custom built and a great price point and value. I highly recommend this builder you can go to other subdivisions where they are just mass produced I live near one and it’s disgusting how that builder has built those homes Most importantly is to have a project completed as per the targeted completion date I’ve rarely worked on a project that ever met a target completion date . Is it any surprise that this project timeline completion date is actually on schedule or may be completed two weeks earlier. Thank you, Bailey and McDonald group, for making this family all happy through this process and they haven’t had one negative experience it was so nice to see the kids and my wonderful friend so happy and overtaken by the quality of the workmanship colours, cabinetry layout lighting floors etc. on our site visit. This is not just a house; it’s a long-awaited home for my friend family in a wonderful community only minutes to Lake Ontario ands provincial lakefront beaches thanks for making dreams into reality.

McDonald Homes are the best you can find!! They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They are all honest hardworking people. We worked with Bailey and she is so professional but very caring and kind and great at what she does. Josh was overseeing everything at our house and he was amazing as well. David McDonald (owner) is far more of a perfectionist than we are for sure. He went out of his way through the whole build to make sure that everything was up to his standards which are high! I would never hesitate to recommend this company!! The quality is great and the people are AMAZING!! You will be glad you called!!
