Let the fun begin! You will join one of our design team experts in our selection showroom and they will assist in bringing your vision to life. You will have a total of two meetings at our headquarters. First, you will review colour palettes, finishes, bathroom options and pricing of upgrades, etc. Second, we will lay out your selections to provide you with visual of your choices. This will be your opportunity to confirm the accuracy of your selections, approve your selections with your design expert and leave with a feeling of confidence. We are now ready for the construction process to begin.

Our meticulous project managers will ensure that your home is built to the highest standards. We will stay focused on quality, efficiency, and attention to detail, with daily site supervision and proactive communication. We will manage all logistics, oversee each phase of construction, and consistently monitor progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and expectations are met.

The final walk-through, you will have the opportunity to review your home to ensure everything meets your expectations. At this time you will receive a comprehensive homeowner package, including a USB with your floor plans, detailed selection sheets with colors and model numbers, emergency contact information, and helpful instructions for setting up your utilities. Additionally, your package will include information about your Tarion Home Warranty, providing peace of mind and coverage for your new home.
